By subscribing to The Alertarator ("Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

The Alertarator monitors Spotify for Artists data and sends you an email alert when that data updates. We do not guarantee any specific frequency of alerts, as updates depend on Spotify's platform.

• The Service costs $2.00 USD per month, billed automatically via Stripe.
• Your subscription renews monthly until cancelled.
• You may cancel at any time through the customer portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period — you will not receive a prorated refund for the remainder of the month.
• We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice via email.

All sales are final. We do not offer refunds for partial months. If you believe you were charged in error, contact us at thealertarator@gmail.com within 30 days.

You agree to:

• Provide a valid email address
• Not resell or redistribute alerts
• Not attempt to reverse engineer or abuse the Service

We strive for reliability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We are not liable for missed alerts due to technical issues, Spotify platform changes, or third-party service outages.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms.

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We make no guarantees about the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of alerts.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, The Alertarator's total liability to you for any claim arising from use of the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid in the last 30 days.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, United States.
