We collect only the minimum data necessary to provide the Service:

• Email address — collected at checkout via Stripe, used to send you alerts and subscription-related emails.
• Payment information — handled entirely by Stripe. We never see or store your credit card details.
• Subscription status — we store whether your subscription is active or cancelled so we know whether to send you alerts.

We do not collect your name, location, browsing behavior, or any other personal data.

Your email address is used solely to:

• Send Spotify for Artists update alerts
• Send subscription confirmation and cancellation emails
• Contact you about material changes to the Service

We do not sell, rent, or share your email with any third party for marketing purposes.

We use the following third-party services to operate:

• Stripe — payment processing. See Stripe's privacy policy at stripe.com/privacy.
• Supabase — database storage for subscriber emails. See supabase.com/privacy.
• Make.com (Integromat) — automation platform that triggers alert emails. See make.com/en/privacy-notice.
• Gmail (Google) — used to send emails. See google.com/policies/privacy.
• Apify — used to scrape Spotify for Artists data. See apify.com/privacy-policy.

We retain your email address for as long as your subscription is active. When you cancel, your email is deleted from our database automatically. You can also request deletion at any time by emailing thealertarator@gmail.com.

Depending on your location, you may have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you
• Request correction or deletion of your data
• Object to or restrict processing of your data
• Data portability

Our landing page (alertarator-wonder.lovable.app) may use cookies set by Lovable or Stripe's checkout. We do not use tracking or advertising cookies.

The Service is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
